NORTH Ice Cube Machine, Stainless Steel, 1.2 L
The NORTH Ice Cube Machine makes fresh ice cubes in 6 to 13 minutes. Here is help with setup, use and cleaning.
How to use
- Prepare: Remove all packaging and tape, take out the ice basket and scoop, and clean the tank and basket. Place the machine on a level worktop away from sun and heat, with at least 10 cm of free space behind and on both sides.
- Wait: Leave the machine upright for 1 hour before plugging it in so the refrigerant can settle. If it has been stored in the cold, wait a few hours.
- Add water: Open the lid, take out the ice basket and pour drinking water into the tank, no higher than the MAX mark. Put the basket back.
- Start: Press ON/OFF. Choose small or large cubes with SELECT. Below 15 °C room temperature, small cubes are recommended.
- Empty and clean: The machine stops when the basket is full (ICE FULL). Change the water every 24 hours. Self-cleaning: hold ON/OFF for 5 seconds (30 minutes), then drain the water through the outlet at the base.
Questions and answers
The add water light is on. What should I do?
Switch off with ON/OFF, fill drinking water up to the MAX mark and switch on again. Wait at least 3 minutes before restarting so the compressor can settle.
The ice cubes stick together.
Choose small cubes, and replace the water if it is very cold. The recommended water temperature is 8 to 32 °C.
It runs but makes no ice.
The room or the water is too warm. Room temperature should be 10 to 38 °C and water 8 to 32 °C. If this does not help, contact customer service.
It does not stop when the basket is full.
Sunlight can disturb the infrared sensor. Move the machine out of direct sunlight.
