The NORTH Oil Spray Bottle 120 ml applies a fine, even mist of oil. Here you will find help with filling, use and cleaning.
How to use
- Before first use: Unscrew the spray head and rinse the bottle and spray head in warm water. Let all parts dry completely.
- Fill with oil: Pour oil into the glass bottle, no higher than just below the neck. A funnel makes this easier.
- Assemble: Insert the tube with the filter into the bottle and screw the spray head on firmly.
- Spray: Hold the bottle upright and press the spray head all the way down 2 to 3 times until the spray is even. Spray onto the food or pan from 10 to 15 cm away.
- Clean: The glass bottle is dishwasher safe. Wash the spray head by hand: pump warm water with a little washing-up liquid through it, rinse with clean water and leave to dry.

It squirts or drips instead of spraying.
Press the spray head fully down in one firm movement. Thick oils and oil with herbs or spices can clog the nozzle. Pump warm water through the spray head and check that the filter is clean.
Which oils can I use?
Liquid cooking oils such as olive, rapeseed and sunflower oil work best. Very thick oils and oil with larger pieces of herbs or spices can clog the nozzle.
Can I use vinegar or lemon juice?
Yes, thin liquids such as vinegar and lemon juice can be sprayed. Clean the spray head after use.
Is the whole bottle dishwasher safe?
No, only the glass bottle. The spray head should be washed by hand.
