Questions and answers
How long does the wine cooler run on battery?
Up to 2.5 hours. It can be charged while running, but the charger must deliver at least 23 W to offset power consumption.
Which charger should I use?
A certified USB PD phone charger. We recommend 20 to 30 W and at least 15 W (5 V/3 A). At 27 W a full charge takes about 2.7 hours, at 15 W about 4.8 hours.
Can it chill a warm bottle?
It is designed to keep pre-chilled wine at serving temperature. Chill the bottle in the fridge first. If the wine is too warm, it may not reach the set temperature before the battery runs out.
Why does the display differ from the wine temperature?
While cooling, the actual wine temperature may differ by 2 to 3 °C from the display. Once reached, the difference is typically 1 to 2 °C. Tilt or turn the bottle now and then for an even temperature.
How do I switch between °C and °F?
Hold the temperature button for 3 seconds, choose the scale with the temperature button and confirm with the power/select button. The setting resets when the unit is switched off.
