The NORTH Robot Threshold Ramp helps your robot vacuum cross door thresholds and small level differences. Here is how to fit it.
How to use
- Clean and dry the floor where the ramp will sit. The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease.
- Assemble the ramp by connecting the four sections: the two rounded end pieces on the outside and the two centre pieces in the middle.
- Remove the protective film from the adhesive tape on the back.
- Place the ramp against the threshold and press it firmly along its whole length so the tape adheres before the robot drives over it.
Questions and answers
How high a threshold can the ramp handle?
The ramp is 1.5 cm high and suits low thresholds and small level differences. Higher thresholds may still be difficult for the robot.
The ramp does not stay in place.
The floor must be completely clean and dry before the tape is applied. Press the ramp down along its whole length and avoid water and moisture around it.
Can I use the ramp outdoors or in a bathroom?
No. The ramp is for indoor use only and must not be exposed to water, excessive moisture or wet surfaces.
