Air Fryer Won’t Power On

  • Check the Power Supply. Ensure the unit is plugged into a working outlet. Try another appliance in the same socket to confirm power.

  • Inspect the Power Cord. Look for kinks, frays, or damage. If damaged, discontinue use and contact support.

  • Ensure the Basket Is Fully Inserted. The safety cut-off prevents operation if the drawer isn’t correctly locked in place.

Unevenly Cooked Food

  • Do Not Overcrowd the Basket. Leave space between pieces to allow hot air to circulate.

  • Preheat the Air Fryer. Run at your target cooking temperature for 3 – 5 minutes before adding food.

  • Shake or Flip Midway. Use the “Shake & Ready” alert (or your own timer) to pause and turn items for uniform browning.

Food Not Crispy

  • Pat Ingredients Dry. Moisture on the surface can steam rather than crisp.

  • Lightly Coat with Oil. A thin spritz of cooking oil improves crunch without adding excess fat.

  • Use the Proper Temp/Time. Experiment within the 80 °C–200 °C range; higher heat for fries/chicken skin, lower for delicate items.

Excess Smoke During Cooking

  • Reduce Drippings. Trim excess fat from meats or place a small piece of bread in the bottom tray to absorb grease.

  • Clean the Heating Element. Oil residue can burn and smoke; wipe it down once cooled.

  • Check the Basket & Tray. Ensure no stuck-on food or oil pools remain from prior use.

Touchscreen Unresponsive

  • Wipe the Panel. Fingerprints, oil, or moisture can interfere with the touch sensor—use a soft, dry cloth.

  • Power Cycle. Unplug for 1 minute, then plug back in to reset the electronics.

  • Avoid Sharp Objects. Only use your finger or a soft-tipped stylus on the glass/control surface.

Strange Odor on First Use

  • Run an Initial Burn-In. Operate empty at 200 °C for 10 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues.

  • Ventilate the Area. Smoke/vapor during this process is normal; open a window or switch on your hood fan.

Basket Sticks or Is Difficult to Remove

  • Ensure Proper Alignment. Slide straight in and out—avoid angling the basket.

  • Clean & Dry. Food debris can gum up the rails; wash and dry the drawer edges thoroughly after each use.

  • Apply a Light Coating. If allowed by your model, a thin brush of oil on the drawer rails can ease movement (avoid overspray).

Unit Shuts Off Mid-Cycle

  • Overheat Protection Activated. Let the fryer cool for 10 – 15 minutes before restarting.

  • Don’t Block Vents. Ensure the air inlet/outlet areas have at least 10 cm clearance.

  • Check Ambient Temperature. Extremely hot kitchens can trigger safety cut-outs more easily.
